Windows 7 Upgrades Now Available

- Windows 7 Upgrades are now available to eligible charities through CTX. There is a specially donation offer available to charities who would normally be unable to request a donation because of the request cycle restrictions on the Microsoft Programme.


Eagle Conferencing Introduces Value-Added Services In UK And Donates Conference Call Services To UK Charities!

24th September 2009 – Eagle Conferencing today launched their charitable donation scheme in the UK for conference calls. The scheme, managed by Charity Technology Exchange (CTX), enables UK charities to operate audio conferences with their partners in India without incurring international call charges.

3rd August 2009 - Microsoft have written to Mr Laws about their software donation programme, which is run in conjunction with the Charity Technology Trust.

Windows Server 2008 Itanium, Datacenter and Web Editions Now Available Through CTX
17th June 2009 - Microsoft offers Windows Server through the CTX Programme in the Standard and Enterprise editions for both 2003 and 2008. Microsoft now also offers three special-purpose editions for 2008: the Datacenter, Web and Itanium editions.

Tell Your Story With Photos: Flickr Donation Programme Now Available On The CTX Programme

- The Flickr photo sharing service has teamed up with TechSoup/CTX Programme to offer premium "Pro" accounts to individuals within eligible organisations. Flickr is a new way for organisations like yours to tell your story. By requesting a package of two or five Pro accounts, you can showcase and chronicle your organisation's work through your own photography.

Minister Margaret Richie Officially Launches Charity Technology eXchange Donation Programme for Non-Profit Organisations In Northern Ireland
24th April 2008
- Ms Margaret Richie, Minister for Social Development today officially launched a technology donation programme for non-profit organisations in Northern Ireland. The programme, run by Charity Technology Trust, is supported by Microsoft, Cisco and Symantec and will provide every qualifying non profit with access to technology donations from the supporting companies. It is estimated that up to 4,000 organisations can benefit from this new initiative and can receive technology with a cumulative value of up to £20m per annum.
