Getting Started

The CTXchange Programme offers donated technology products from Partners such as Microsoft, Symantec and Cisco, to eligible UK Registered Charities and Charitable Housing Associations. These are available from our online CTX Shop.

As organisations are only required to pay a nominal Administrative Fee to cover the costs of delivering the programme, you can expect to make savings of between 92-96% on typical retail prices. Visit our Catalogue for more information about the products available.

Before you are able to request products, you will need to Register Your Organisation.

If your organisation meets the Eligibility Criteria, you can then place your donation request(s) within our Partners' Entitlement Guidelines.

Please note: You will need to use your organisation's Registered Details when completing the online registration form. Providing these details accurately will speed up the processing of your application.

The registration process is as follows:

  1. Register your organisation using our Online Registration Form
  2. You may also need to fax or email a copy of your organisation's charitable status documentation.
  3. If you have submitted additional documentation we will confirm your organisation's eligibility status within five working days of receipt of that documentation. Otherwise, we will confirm your organisation's eligibility status within five working days of your online registration.
  4. If your organisation meets the required Eligibility Criteria for at least one of our Partners, confirmation will be e-mailed to your organisation's registered e-mail address.
  5. If your organisation does not meet the required Eligibility Criteria for at least one of our Partners, notification will be e-mailed to your organisation's registered e-mail address.

Please see Registration FAQs for further information.
