Eligibility Criteria
In order to participate in the CTX Programme, organisations are required to meet the eligibility criteria outlined below AND those required by our individual Donor Partners.
The programme is available to:
- England & Wales
- Charities registered with the Charity Commission.
- Charitable Housing Associations registered with the Financial Services Authority (FSA) under the Industrial and Provident Societies Act AND with HM Revenue & Customs confirmed charitable status.
- Scotland
- Charities registered with the Office of the Scottish Charity Regulator (OSCR).
- Charitable Housing Associations registered with the Financial Services Authority (FSA) under the Industrial and Provident Societies Act AND with HM Revenue & Customs confirmed charitable status.
- Northern Ireland
- Charities with HM Revenue & Customs confirmed charitable status.
- Charitable Housing Associations with HM Revenue & Customs confirmed charitable status.
