General
What is the GRANTfinder Discount Programme?
In order to be able to deliver this version of their service at a price that is affordable to smaller charities, GRANTfinder has created a specific version of its service called cttGRANTfinder. By simplifying the user interface, GRANTfinder has substantially reduced the training and support required for smaller charities to use the service and identify funding programmes for which they qualify.

Ordering
How many products can I request?
An organisation may request a single subscription for the cttGRANTfinder service:
- Organisations with an operating budget of up to £250,000 per annum may request one annual subscription for 1-3 users (cttGRANTfinder3).
- Organisations with an operating budget between £250,000 and £1 million per annum may request one annual subscription for 1-5 users (cttGRANTfinder5).
Please note:
- Users must be employed by the same organisation to qualify.
- Each request for a cttGRANTfinder subscription must be accompanied by a Warrant confirming that the cttGRANTfinder licences will be used in adherence to GRANTfinder’s guidelines.

Processing
How soon will we receive the product?
Once your order has been accepted and processed, the normal turnaround time is up to 10 days.
Fulfilment
How will my order be fulfilled?
An e-mail will be sent from our fulfilment team to the registered organisation e-mail address stating the web address and password for you to begin searching and accessing information from cttGRANTfinder.
Additional User Accounts
How do we set up our additional user accounts?
Once your licence and initial user id has been issued, additional user accounts can be requested by emailing ctxrequests@grantfinder.co.uk, identifying the master licence and the additional email accounts to be added.

What should I do if I require support?
We recommend that in the first instance that you visit the help page on the cttGRANTfinder web site.

Licence Renewals
What should I do if I need to renew my licences?
After one year, your licence(s) will need to be renewed. Provided that your organisation still remains within the eligibility criteria, you may extend the licence(s) for a further year at the current subscription rate. You will be contacted within one month of the licence expiry for your instructions.
Refunds & Returns
What should I do if I want to return my order?
Returns cannot be accepted for this programme.
