Flickr Donation Programme

Restrictions:
Eligibility Criteria

  • This programme is currently available only to eligible UK Registered Charities and Charitable Housing Associations.

  • Donated products will be distributed under this programme, within the Flickr Guidelines, to eligible organisations only which will then assign the accounts to individuals 18 years of age or older.

  • Organisations that advocate, support, or practice discrimination based on age, ethnicity, gender, national origin, disability, race, size, religion, sexual orientation, or socioeconomic background are not eligible to participate in this programme. Organisations must be willing and able to attest that they do not discriminate on any of these grounds in order to receive donations.

Guidelines

Provided an organisation meets the Eligibility Criteria for the Flickr Donation Programme, donation requests can be made in line with the following entitlement guidelines:

  • One Flickr donation request may be fulfilled within a fiscal year (1st July to 30th June).

  • Recipient organisations must be willing and able to provide information to Flickr for the purposes of creating a case study or testimonial on this programme.

  • Donated products may not be transferred or resold.

  • Because Flickr is a Yahoo! company, each donation recipient must have a Yahoo! account, either an existing one or a new one. A new Yahoo! account is easily obtainable via the Flickr home page with the Create Your Account button. This Yahoo! account is used to sign in to Flickr and is subject to the Yahoo! Terms of Use.

Please see Flickr Donation Programme FAQs for further information.
