Description:

The GLC-LH-SM is one of Cisco's 1000BASE-LX/LH Small Form-factor Pluggable (SFP) interface converters. These hot-swappable input/output devices plug into a Gigabit Ethernet port or slot, linking the port with the network. This model operates on standard single-mode fiber-optic link spans up to 10 km and spans up to 550 m on any multimode fibers.

Product service and support: Cisco will provide five years of hardware and software service and support ("SMARTnet") for any product or product bundle obtained through this donation programme.
