Eligibility Criteria
  • The following types of organisations are NOT eligible for the Eagle Conferencing Donation Programme:

    • Political, Labour and Fraternal organisations
    • This software will not be made available to religious organisations, unless they are registered as a charity, with a secular community designation that is separate from the church or religious organisation that provides services to people regardless of their religious beliefs, and does not propagate a belief in a specific faith.
    • Organisations that advocate, support, or practice discrimination based on age, ethnicity, gender, national origin, disability, race, size, religion, sexual orientation, or socioeconomic background. Organisations must be willing and able to attest that they do not discriminate on any of these grounds in order to apply.

Guidelines
  • Each eligible organisation may request one Eagle Unattended Reservationless Audio Conferencing package.
  • The package will remain available to the organisation while they remain registered with CTX.
  • Recipient organisations must be willing and able to provide information to Eagle Conferencing for the purposes of creating a case study or testimonial on this programme.
  • Donated Eagle Conferencing packages may not be transferred or resold.
