Proof of Charitable Status
Please note: If your organisation is registered with the Charity Commission or the Office of the Scottish Charity Regulator, we do not require documental proof of your organisation's charitable status; we will check your Regulating Body's on-line register.
If you are registering one of the following types of organisations for the CTX Programme, you will need to fax us a copy of your organisation’s charitable status documentation in addition to completing the on-line registration form:
- England, Wales & Scotland
- Charitable Housing Associations registered with the Financial Services Authority (FSA) under the Industrial and Provident Societies Act and with HM Revenue & Customs confirmed charitable status.
- Please fax copies of the following documents to us on 020 7785 3915:
- Financial Services Authority (FSA) registration certificate.
- Letter from HM Revenue & Customs confirming that your organisation currently has tax exempt status.
- Northern Ireland
- Charities with HM Revenue & Customs confirmed charitable status.
- Charitable Housing Associations with HM Revenue & Customs confirmed charitable status.
- Please fax a copy of the following document to us on 020 7785 3915:
- Letter from HM Revenue & Customs confirming that your organisation currently has tax exempt status.
