Huddle Donation Programme - Eligibility Criteria

  • This programme is currently available only to eligible UK Registered Charities and Charitable Housing Associations.

  • The Huddle Donation Programme is only available to charities with an annual budget below £5million – any organisation with a higher budget wishing to use Huddle can still benefit from a generous discount programme. Please contact customerservice@ctxchange.org for more details about discounts available.

  • Products will be distributed to eligible organisations only, not to individuals, and within the Huddle Guidelines.

  • Organisations eligible for donations through this programme must agree to the Huddle Terms & Conditions.

  • Organisations which provide the following types of services MAY be eligible for a donated package as part of the Huddle Donation Programme:

    • Relief to the poor
    • Advancement of social and community welfare
    • Advancement of culture
    • Advancement of the natural environment
    • Other purposes beneficial to the community
    • Humanitarian Assistance and Disaster Relief organisations
    • Health services & related activities
    • Religious organisations, registered as a charity, with a secular community designation that is separate from the church or religious organisation that provides services to people regardless of their religious beliefs, and does not propagate a belief in a specific faith. Example: A food bank with charity status that is run by a church, but is a separate and unique organisation that provides food and meals to anyone who qualifies for services, regardless of religious beliefs.

  • The following types of organisations are NOT eligible for the Huddle Donation Programme:

    • Religious organisations without a secular community designation
    • Governmental organisations or agencies
    • Commerce and Trade Associations without charitable aims or activities
    • Educational institutions
    • Museums / libraries / zoos
    • Organisations that advocate, support, or practice discrimination based on age, ethnicity, gender, national origin, disability, race, size, religion, sexual orientation, or socioeconomic background. Organisations must be willing and able to attest that they do not discriminate on any of these grounds in order to apply.
