What is the SAP Donation Programme?

SAP is pleased to offer qualified nonprofits business intelligence software and services that help any size organisation improve decision-making and enterprise performance.

How can I find out if my organisation is eligible?

How many products can I request?


During one year (1st July - 30th June) an organisation may request up to to four SAP Business Objects software products. For information on placing an order, please see Placing an Order FAQs.

SAP Hosted

One two-year, 10-user SAP Business Objects BI OnDemand license per two-year period

One two-year, 10-user SAP StreamWork license per two-year period

 


 Processing
How soon will we get the software?
Once your order has been accepted and processed, the normal turnaround time is up to 10 days.
An email will be sent from our fulfillment team to the registered organisation email address stating the license key and instructions for you to download the setup file for your product.

Support
What should I do if I require support?
 
Support is not available for this programme.  

Licence Renewals

What should I do if I need to renew my licences?

You can either request a new donation in the next fiscal year (1st July - 30th June) or you can contact a supplier of discounted software.

 

Refunds & Returns

What should I do if I want to return my order?


Returns cannot be accepted for this donation program. Downloaded products cannot be exchanged or refunded. We must consider these installed and in use as soon as the request is approved and the administrative fee is received.
