General
What is the Winfrasoft Donations Programme?
Winfrasoft provide VPN Quarantine and VPN Compliance solutions for deploying and managing quarantine services within Microsoft ISA Server and Windows RRAS to provide endpoint security checking for remote users. Winfrasoft will be making a limited number of 10 and 25 licence packs for their VPN-Q 2006 software available from the beginning of April 2007.

Ordering
How much software can my organisation request, and how often?
Each eligible organisation may request one copy of one title in a 12 month period ie: an organisation that ordered on 01/05/07 may place a new order on 01/05/08.

Processing
How soon will we get the software?
Once your order has been accepted and processed, the normal turnaround time for fulfilment by Winfrasoft is within 14 days.
Fulfilment
How will my order be fulfilled?
Your Licence Key & instructions on how to download the software will be sent to your organisation's registered e-mail address.
Annual Software Maintenance and Support Agreement
What is the Annual Software Maintenance and Support Agreement?
The Annual Software Maintenance and Support Agreement consists of free software version updates, free online and telephonic support during office hours (UK) and upgrade insurance for 12 months from date of purchase. It is renewable every 12 months.
How do I acquire the Annual Software Maintenance and Support Agreement?
The Admin Fee you pay for your order covers the Perpetual Licence plus one year's
Annual Software Maintenance and Support Agreement. Subscription for subsequent periods can be acquired from Winfrasoft directly at 40% of list prices. Please contact Winfrasoft directly via support@winfrasoft.com.
