Delivery Address

It is a requirement of the CTX Programme that goods are delivered to the Registered Address of your organisation.

Please Note: Certain Partners may permit goods to be delivered to a different address, provided confirmation of the delivery address is given in writing by a Trustee or Director of your organisation. Please see Exceptions for further information.

England & Wales

• Charities - Address registered with the Charity Commission.
• Charitable Housing Associations - Address registered with HM Revenue & Customs.

Scotland

• Charities - Address registered with the Office of the Scottish Charity Regulator (OSCR).
• Charitable Housing Associations - Address registered with HM Revenue & Customs.

Northern Ireland

• Charities – Address registered with HM Revenue & Customs.
• Charitable Housing Associations - Address registered with HM Revenue & Customs.

Exceptions

The following Partner permits goods to be delivered to an address other than the registered address, provided confirmation of the delivery address is given in writing by a Trustee or Director of your organisation.

Cisco WW Programme

If the delivery address for your order differs from your organisation’s registered address, we will require a letter from a Trustee or Director of your organisation which must:

• Be on your organisation’s headed paper.
• Clearly show the registered name, number, address and e-mail address of your organisation.
• Show the delivery address in full.
• Please note: delivery addresses cannot be P.O. boxes.
• Contain a brief explanation as to why the delivery address is not the registered address.
