What is the Huddle Donation Programme?
Through the CTX Programme, Huddle hopes to reach a wider audience of charity organisations who can benefit from online collaboration and virtual working. Huddle helps small and large teams organise themselves better and work more effectively together, so hopes to assist charities and non-profits achieve their aims.

Ordering
How many products can I request?
Each eligible organisation may request one Huddle package (with unlimited user licences and one administrator licence) per 12 month period. If the organisation wishes to renew their Huddle licence the following year, a new order must be placed. Provided your organisation still meets the Huddle Donation Programme Eligibility Criteria, you can renew your Huddle Account the following year by placing a new donation request.

Processing
What happens after I place my order?
Before we pass your donation request on to Huddle for approval and fulfilment, we will require you to complete Huddle’s Setup Form.
How soon will we receive the donation?
Once your order has been accepted and processed, the normal turnaround time is up to 5 days.
Fulfilment
How will my order be fulfilled?
An email will be sent from our fulfillment team to the designated Huddle Account Owner with full login details and instructions on how to get started.

What should I do if I require product support?

Licence Renewals
What should I do if I need to renew my licences?
After one year your Huddle Account will automatically revert to a free package unless it is renewed. Free packages offer less storage space, workspaces and functionality than the Donation Programme account. Provided your organisation still meets the Huddle Donation Programme Eligibility Criteria, you can renew your Huddle Account by placing a new donation request.
Refunds & Returns
What should I do if I want to return my order?
Returns cannot be accepted for this donation programme.
