Order Confirmation

Each order you place for Cisco products must be accompanied by an order confirmation letter from a Trustee or Director of your organisation.

Please note: We do not require an order confirmation for other Partners' products.

The letter must:

1. Be on your organisation’s headed paper.

2. Clearly show the registered name, number, address and e-mail address of your organisation.

3. List the items ordered eg:

  • 1 x Cisco 24-Port Ethernet Switch [G-40961]
  • 1 x Cisco 802.11g Wireless Access Point [G-2982]

4. Confirm the delivery address, if it differs from your organisation's registered address. Please see Delivery Address for further details.

The letter should be faxed to us on 020 7785 3915.
