General

What is the Flickr Donation Programme?

As part of Flickr’s commitment to the voluntary sector, Flickr has expanded its donation programme to better serve the nonprofit communities in the UK.

The Donations programme is designed to meet the needs of small non-profits and to ensure they have access to Flickr technology they need to achieve their missions. By researching and working with small non-profits, there is an understanding of which products are most valuable to them and the appropriate number of licences to make available.

Ordering

How many products can I request?

During one fiscal year (1st July - 30th June) an organisation may request a single donation. For information on placing an order, please see Placing an Order FAQs.

Processing

How soon will we receive the donation?

Once your order has been accepted and processed, the normal turnaround time is up to 10 days.

Fulfilment

How will my order be fulfilled?

An e-mail will be sent from our fulfillment team to your organisation's registered e-mail address stating the license key and instructions for you to download the setup file for your product.

Licence Renewals

What should I do if I need to renew my licences?

After one year, the pro account reverts to a free account unless it is renewed. Free accounts have limits on use that are not present in pro accounts.

Flickr pro accounts can be extended by requesting a new donation in the next fiscal year (1st July - 30th June).
