Registering Your Organisation

The CTX Programme offers donated technology products, from companies such as Microsoft, Symantec and Cisco to eligible organisations via the on-line CTX Shop.

Before you are able to access the CTX Shop, you will need to register your organisation and CTX will need to confirm your organisation meets the required Eligibility Criteria.

The registration process is as follows:

  1. Register Your Organisation by clicking on the image on the left of your screen, or on Register.

  2. In addition to the information you are required to supply on-line, you may need to fax us a copy of your organisation’s charitable status documentation. Please see Proof of Charitable Status for further information.

  3. If you are required to supply charitable status documentation, we will confirm your organisation’s eligibility status within five working days of receipt of that documentation.

  4. If you are not required to supply additional documentation, we will confirm your organisation’s eligibility status within five working days of your on-line registration.

  5. If your organisation does meet the required eligibility criteria for at least one of our Donor Partners, confirmation of which donor partner(s) you are eligible to request products from will be e-mailed to your organisation’s registered e-mail address (please see Registered Details for further information).

  6. If your organisation does not meet the required Eligibility Criteria for at least one of our Donor Partners, notification will be e-mailed to your organisation’s registered e-mail address.
